Shipping policy

We normally process all rug orders and dispatch within 1 to 3 working days and the delivery will vary from 2 to 7* working days depending on location. Please note deliveries to Perth, Darwin and regional areas may take additional transit time.

* We offer free delivery on all rug orders with the below conditions. 

• The purchase price is over $199
• All remote and regional areas will be calculated case by case
• All freight costs will be discussed with customers before dispatch of orders
• For freight costs over $50, we may suggest you provide us with a freight forwarder or share cost with us.
