Terms & Conditions

Sales Order:

1. A minimum of 20% deposit is required to generate a Sales Orders for items that do not require any alteration or modification
2. A minimum of 50% deposit is required for special orders, runners and/or any such item that requires alteration or modification
3. Deposit paid for goods which are available and in stock is not refundable. At InVogue Rugs & Flooring’s discretion, Credit Notes may be issued against cancelled Sales Orders, in which case any expenses incurred will be withheld.
4. Sales Order Deposit on special orders, runners and other goods requiring alteration or modification is non-refundable.

Layby:

1. A minimum deposit of 20% of the total purchase price is required to begin a Lay-by. Layby payments are to be made fortnightly.
2. Only item/s over the value of $100 can be put on Lay-by.
3. Lay-by time-frame limit of 12 weeks applies. At InVogue Rugs & Flooring’ discretion, time-frame limit may be extended if requested at the time of commitment.
4. Failure to comply Layby payments in the specified time makes the goods and the installments paid liable for forfeiture.
5. Please choose carefully as Lay-by items cannot be exchanged or refunded for the change of mind after 3 days of commencement. A 20% cancellation fee will apply should you wish to cancel a Layby.
